We hope you love our products as much as we do! If you would like to request a return, please email us directly at Web.Returns@Chantecaille.com and include your order number, the exact items you are returning, a reason for the return and whether they have been used or not. Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase. New items are eligible for a refund of the purchase price while any gently tested or swatched products are eligible for a site credit of the purchase price only. If you are returning a set or bundle, all items must be received back for a refund or site credit.
Please note that if you have redeemed a gift with purchase, you are obligated to return the gift along with the items to be refunded otherwise your return will not be accepted. Returns that violate our policy will be returned back to you.
Returns are monitored closely and we reserve the right to refuse any return where we feel our policy has been violated or abused. We also have the right to refuse return requests that we deem excessive or unusual. We reserve the right to deny a return request for items that were re-sent at no cost in a good faith gesture following a report of an order not being received.
Any merchandise being returned must be packed in its original shipping box, to ensure your return arrives safely and in the condition it was shipped. If your return arrives in a damaged state, we will not accept it for return. For this reason, we ask you to use our shipper. Please include a copy of the original shipping invoice with your return.
Please inspect all orders immediately upon receipt and do not throw away any packaging materials. We ask for any product concerns to be brought to our attention within 5 days of delivery (including a damaged/broken product, batch code concern, faulty or defective packaging, etc). Please Contact Us or Live Chat with us to report such concerns within a 5 day timeframe.
Only items purchased on Chantecaille.com will be accepted for return. We cannot accept any merchandise purchased from a retailer.
Once placed, orders cannot be adjusted or cancelled. This includes adding or subtracting an item and changing shades. To obtain a refund of an order that's been placed, please await delivery of the order and email us at web.returns@chantecaille.com to request a return.
Chantecaille.com reserves the right to modify or cancel any orders at our discretion.
eGift Cards cannot be returned or refunded after received.
Once we receive your returned item(s), please allow up to 7-10 business days to process your refund and send email confirmation. If there is any missing information such as an incomplete packing slip, etc this may create additional processing time.
Refunds are issued back to the original payment for the order or as a chantecaille.com site credit. Please reach out to your bank for more information on how to reroute returned funds to the correct account.
